Own a book of existing customers through renewal and expansion. You will run quarterly reviews, spot churn risk before it shows up in the numbers, and make the case for growth where the fit is real. This role is hybrid — normally two to three days a week on site in Atlanta. Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United States.
