Review and turn around routine agreements, maintain the contract repository, and keep compliance obligations tracked against real deadlines. You will escalate the genuinely novel questions to counsel. This role is hybrid — normally two to three days a week on site in Vancouver. Applicants must already be authorised to work in Canada.
